Count it all joy

So bible study was hard yesterday! We studying suffering and it brought back some memories I would have rather left buried. However, there are many reasons for suffering. Your darkest moment could save lives. You never know what God is going to do with your suffering. I know with mine, I have been given a more compassionate heart and a heart for helping others. Satan tried to use a tender moment last night to take me down, but it didn’t work because I know what my purpose is and I know who I serve. I know Satan’s tactics. God’s two greatest commands are to love Him and to love one another as ourselves. He also said we are to be his hands and feet. These commands resonate with me so strongly. You cannot do these unless you meet people in their suffering and walk it with them. Reach out to them and be there for them in any way you can. Yesterday was hard, but it solidified my resolve to live my purpose no matter what because it’s what God called me to do. And it all boils down to this. Whatever you do, do in love.
